College Station is in Texas, in the South, where summers are hot and humid, winters are short, and severe storms in spring are a fact of life; businesses run air conditioning most of the year and many open early to beat the heat. US addresses list the street number and name, then the city, state abbreviation and ZIP code, and College Station follows the same pattern; a suite or apartment number such as Ste 200 refers to a unit inside the building. The map link on this page shows the exact spot.

This is the worst Best Buy Iโ€™ve ever been to. I went in to purchase a TV, mounting system, and installation for my college house. I gave them all of the correct information, but somehow they put my billing address in California as the shipping address, so my TV was shipped all the way to my California home instead of my college house. When I went back to the store upset and looking for help, the first employee I spoke with basically just told me to call customer serviceโ€”which I had already done multiple times and gotten nowhere. I eventually spoke with a manager who told me he would help fix the situation and call me back. He never called me back. I had to repeatedly call and physically go back into the store just to get someone to handle a mistake that Best Buy made in the first place. Because of all of this, it took another two weeks before I finally got the TV delivered and installed. And after everything I went through, the TV showed up with a cracked screen. This entire experience was ridiculous from beginning to end. Wrong shipping address, terrible communication, no follow-up from management, weeks of delays, and then a damaged TV on top of it all. I spent way too much t

I had an appointment at Geek Squad for my AirPods. Unfortunatley due to the connectivity issues they could not get into my Apple account and said my best option is to go into anApple store. The male employee was SUPER nice and even had some suggestions(that I asked for) on some cheaper headphones to purchase in the meantime while I wait. I ended up getting the JLab Go Air Pop, the brand he actually had a pair of his own, and they're perfect!

Geek squad tried to scam me. I am a broke college student like many living here in CSTAT. I also know nothing about tech, so when my laptop broke I took it to TAMU IT and he ACTUALLY looked at it and told me he was pretty certain it was a hardware issue but I could get a second opinion to be 100%. I went here where the geek squad employee literally didn't even look at my laptop before genuinely, whole heartedly, within a literal minute said to me that the best and CHEAPEST way to fix it was by getting a membership for $170. Proceeded to interrupt me, not actually answer any of my questions, and repeat that the ONLY way for me to fix my laptop was by getting a membership. Not only was she 100% wrong, she literally did not help at all and was just trying to take advantage of the fact that I need my laptop and don't know a lot about tech. She wouldn't even recommend any other (cheaper) places for me to buy the part I need. The guy next to me in line was literally more helpful than she was. Anyway, my laptop ended up needing a really quick fix, (IT guy was right) and I spent less on everything I needed to fix it than I would have on the membership alone. I normally don't need leave rev

We only purchase our electronics and tech items at a physical store rather than online. (Call us old ๐Ÿ˜†)After checking prices we always return to Best Buy. Today I bought the Galaxy watch 8 for less than half the price. All because of G who helped me with my purchase

Went hunting for a new laptop with the hubs and looked around for other items. Overall, the store is clean, bright and has a good layout. There is accessible parking at the front next to a wheelchair ramp. The other side is the front parking is for pickup orders. There was more than enough staff on a Sunday afternoon. It wasn't extremely busy yet. The staff approached us a few times so we didn't have to ask for any assistance. The hubs is still in the research phase so we didn't need any assistance truly. Solid service and visit.
